Shipping Policy

An estimated shipping timeline will be provided when possible during the formal quoting process. All delivery timelines are estimates only and do not include production times. Transit times are calculated in business days only. 

We currently fulfill and ship orders within Canada only and do not provide international shipping services.

All goods are shipped F.O.B. origin. 

Shipping costs will be finalized at the time of shipping. Changes will be added the final invoice.

If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer accepts responsibility for any additional shipping charges. Any courier rerouting fees incurred after the initial invoice has been issued are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping estimates will be provided with your quote
  • Final rates are calculated at the time of shipping
  • Shipping cost and time is determined by your order’s size, weight, and destination
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost
  • We currently fulfill and ship orders within Canada only

Free Delivery

  • Calgary Area: Orders over $150 qualify for free local delivery.

Additional Information About Shipping and Production

  • All delivery and production timelines are estimates only

  • On average production takes 1–3 business days for items in stock.
  • Transit times are calculated in business days only

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

If visible damage is present to the package at the time of delivery, the recipient must report it to the carrier immediately and sign for the shipment as damaged. Do not refuse the package and retain all packaging materials.

Time-Sensitive Orders & Shipping Delays

We understand that many custom engraving projects are time sensitive. While we make every effort to meet production timelines, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, including but not limited to weather delays, service interruptions, or courier errors.

In the event that an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, replacement may not be possible if timing constraints prevent remanufacturing before the required date. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

All goods are shipped F.O.B. origin. If a package does not arrive at the scheduled time or states that is has been delivered when it has not, the customer should contact the courier immediately. A claim can be issued if the packaged is later determined lost.
