Ordering Process

• After completing our order form, you will receive a personalized quote
• During this quoting process, you will be issued a proof which is a preview of the order. Proofs provide the opportunity to review the layout, text, and overall design before the order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Once a customer approves a proof, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for errors that were approved.

Since each item we produce is made to order, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Payment & Deposits

• Full payment must be received before production begins.
• A deposit may be required on select orders, including trophies, awards, and large quantities.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

Standard Shipping

• Shipping estimates will be provided with your quote
• Final rates are calculated at the time of shipping
• Shipping cost and time is determined by your order’s size, weight, and destination
• Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost
• We currently fulfill and ship orders within Canada only

Free Delivery

• Calgary Area: Orders over $150 qualify for free local delivery
